DC vs. Heller decision to be released today.
After the recent insane opinions, I'm a little nervous, but refuse to believe they'll fall so far so fast.
Let's face it, if they can recognize rights for foreign terrorists, I hope they can recognize clearly articulated, enshrined rights for citizens.
