Unhappy Love Affair Explains Rice Stance On Iran
Yahoo now publishes Iranian via AFP unsourced insanity as news.

Narcissus schoolboy who killed his parents is cleared of murder
A gifted schoolboy who butchered his elderly parents was not guilty of murder because he suffered from a syndrome that gave him a grandiose sense of self-importance, a judge decided yesterday. Mr Justice Royce accepted that Brian Blackwell, 19, who took his girlfriend on a £30,000 international spending spree after the killings, had acute narcissistic personality disorder. He ordered that a double murder charge be dropped, allowing Blackwell to admit manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

This one reallyreally hurt my head.

"The 5-4 decision comes on the heels of this week's court declaration that so-called 'private' property is actually government land temporarily under private management until its eventual seizure."

BTK Suspect Pleads Guilty to Murdering 10
He described to the court how he chose his victims.

"If you've read much about serial killers, they go through what they call different phases. In the trolling stage, basically, you're looking for a victim at that time. You can be trolling for months or years, but once you lock in on a certain person, you become a stalker. That might be several of them but you really hone in on one person. They basically become the ... that's the victim. Or at least that's what you want it to be."

Rader had called the Wichita area home almost his entire life, earning a criminal justice degree at a local university. He worked in suburban Park City as a compliance officer, handling code violations and stray dogs. He had been married for 34 years and has two grown children.

The Rev. Michael Clark, pastor of the Christ Lutheran Church, said after the hearing, "That's what I hoped he would do."

Karl Rove's "Understanding of 9/11"
Corporate Cowardice Backfires
Wachovia Corporation's ridiculous apology for its alleged ties to slavery has backfired.

Chicago City Council aldermen are vowing to strip from Wachovia a $9.4 million loan to build affordable housing units as punishment for the bank's supposed failure to disclose that its predecessor banks were involved in slave-related business deals.

This serves as a warning to other companies that believe they can buy peace with the slave reparations movement. Wachovia thought it would be good for business to cave in to the demands of reparations activists. Now, not only is the company out of a multi-million dollar contract, it has made itself a fat new target for lawsuits and shakedowns.

FOXNews.com - FNS w/ Chris Wallace - Transcript: Rice on 'FNS':

"WALLACE: Do you have anything specific to say about Senator Durbin's remarks?

RICE: As I said, I was a Soviet specialist. I think I know what the gulag was like. I think people know what the Cambodian killing fields were like. And I think people know what Nazi Germany did to 6 million Jews. And I think to say that the comparisons are not apt is to understate the case considerably."

"We've decided not to start an anti-American channel," he quipped in early April during a chat sponsored by George Washington University.

Immigration Vigilante Group Now Unfavored:
"While agreeing that the country's immigration law needs reform, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce strongly disagreed with the group's approach.

'The Minuteman Project has been noted for some of its radical tactics and inflammatory language,' spokeswoman Charlie Clark said.

Immigration, Clark said, 'is a complicated issue and one without a quick solution.' While the chamber encourages all businesses to abide by U.S. immigration laws, she said many local businesses are heavily dependent on the Hispanic labor force, many of whom do not have legal status to be in the United States.

She said members of the Latino community aren't just workers, but an integral part of the community as consumers, students, business owners who will continue to come to the area as long as it has a strong community and desirable quality of life.

'There is no doubt that the U.S. immigration system is in need of change,' Clark said. 'Until that time, the Minuteman Project's divisive tactics don't solve the issue, and it serves to further divide communities.'"

Family dead for 5 years found in flat:
"Police made a gruesome discovery in a Moscow apartment, finding the skeletal remains of four family members who apparently died at different times over a period of up to five years.

The bodies of an elderly couple and their daughter and granddaughter were found by a police officer who forced the apartment's door open because maintenance fees were long overdue, city prosecutor's office spokesman Sergei Marchenko said."

DRUDGE REPORT FLASH 2005® -- AL FRANKEN OVERSTAYS WELCOME AT TALK FEST:
"“Al, hurry up,” said Michael Harrison, publisher of TALKERS mag, the convention sponsor.

“It’s freedom of speech,” said Franken, referring to the Freedom of Speech Award he’d just been given by the magazine.

“It’s not freedom to kill everybody’s evening, so why don’t you wrap it up,” Harrison argued.

“I’m talking about the war in Iraq and I have about two pages left, and I think the people in Walter Reed [Army Medical Center] who’ve been injured deserve the last two pages of my speech,” Franken countered.

“There are people walking out,” said Harrison. “We gave you the award and it’s time to leave.”"

Madonna tells of sex shame:
"'One minute I was saying believe in yourself and the next minute I was saying just be sexually provocative for the sake of being sexually provocative.

'I was letting it pump up my ego, thinking aren't I great, they're writing about me, my picture's on the cover of every magazine, I'm so fabulous.'

The Like A Virgin singer's admission comes just days after the publication of her fifth children's book, Lotsa De Casha, which she hopes will complete her makeover from raunchy star to demure mother of two."

Camera of Sean Penn, Journalist, Confiscated in Iran
Several hundred women at a sit-in outside the entrance to Tehran University demanded rights revoked after the 1979 Islamic revolution. As chants and taunts arose, police and plainclothesmen surrounded the demonstrators, pushing away those trying to join the group. Officials also cut off cell phone service in the area, and challenged reporters nearby.

Cruise's faith in Scientology threatens film
This links to a thesis-crucial visual.
Reuters News Article:
"He can't stop talking about Scientology, which is, arguably, his star-sapping kryptonite. In August's Rolling Stone cover story, he took the writer on a tour of the famed Scientology Center. 'He's such a zealot now,' says someone who received one of his Scientology Christmas cards. 'There are no halfway measures anymore. He's beside himself with trying to convert the world.'

The other Cruise hot-button issue that Kingsley controlled with an iron fist -- backed up by legal action from attorney Bert Fields -- was the media's insistence on questioning his heterosexuality. The rumors kept reasserting themselves despite Cruise's 10-year marriage to Kidman and a three-year relationship with his 'Vanilla Sky' co-star, Penelope Cruz.

After the Cruise/Cruz breakup, the star didn't date anyone seriously for a year. (This prompted scuttlebutt that he was asking women out and getting turned down.) Then he set up a meeting with 26-year-old actress Katie Holmes. 'One minute, they were having a professional meeting,' one observer says. 'The next they were lovers.'

It's still unclear why, in a ham-fisted maneuver, De Vette was compelled to orchestrate the April public outing of the Cruise and Holmes affair in Rome, where Cruise received a lifetime achievement award at the David di Donatello Awards. ('War of the Worlds' wasn't opening until June 29.) The press, accustomed to having to chase down every nugget of elusive star gossip, reacted by suggesting that the whole thing was fake. When Cruise went wild on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' fed by the intensity of his gaga female fans, he jumped on the sofa, knelt on the floor and virtually howled his love at the moon.

Even the reputable media, including Time, the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times, couldn't resist the story. It didn't help that Cruise's religious beliefs prompted him to criticize Brooke Shields during an "Access Hollywood" interview for relying on psychiatry and prescription drugs to treat postpartum depression. He was far better off when journalists complained that he was a lousy interview with nothing to say. While a tsunami of bad press has swept over him, there is no evidence to suggest that Cruise is aware of it."

For six months now I have been following the meltdown/exposure of said meltdown. Oh glorious train wreck.

Cyrus the Great in Biblical Prophecy [Zoroastrian leader mentioned 23 times in Bible]
Revealed: how New York's old money shuts its doors against the nouveau riche:
"Madonna, another famous reject, had wanted to live on the street even after making the mistake of posing nude for Playboy. Her efforts to make amends by arriving at her interview wearing black, teamed with pearls and a gold crucifix, were to no avail: the apartment in the San Remo apartment building would not be hers. 'If we let her in,' one board member told the New York Daily News, 'we'd have to let everybody in.'"
