I hate to be harsh, but this outfit really looks like something one would find in the "trendz" section of Sears circa 1983.

Mischa Barton is a girl who doesn't seem to learn from her fashion mistakes.

Having been snapped in a similar pair of shorts last summer, the actress had no qualms about going down that unflattering fashion route again.

The former O.C star was pictured relaxing in a park in California yesterday in floral-print shorts that clearly looked like they'd seen better days.
