Is that terrible? Is it awful? Or is it just really clever and funny?

Again let me reiterate that I find that Sonia Sotomayor comes across as an intelligent woman, although I obviously disagree with a lot of her opinions, and do not know whether or not she should be placed on the Supreme Court.

However the buzz that's about to ensue over this discovered declaration of hers will be legitimate.

All this does is reinforce my dislike for affirmative action... it causes one to doubt the value of the recipient's accomplishments and question their competence.
