Bill Clinton Arrives Here
Pyongyang, August 4
(KCNA) -- Bill Clinton, former president of the United States, and his party arrived here Tuesday by air.

They were greeted by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, and Kim Kye Gwan, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs.

A little girl presented a bouquet to Bill Clinton.

As the FReeper who posted this on FR wrote:

Note that they call him by his first name, and that he is greeted by a vice-president of the Presidium and a vice-minister of foreign affairs. Only one little girl offered flowers, when important people would get maybe ten. This is an intentional put-down. It's almost as if we gave a visiting European dignitary a set of cheap DVDs which only play on NTSC.
*chuckle*
